(1) Vendor needs to provide website strategy and design services using Drupal and WordPress content management system must be compatible with social media.
(2) Vendor shall provide communications, marketing and web strategy firm to develop and implement a comprehensive website strategy and assist in the coordination, development, testing, and deployment of the web strategy.
