(1) Vendor needs to provide website design services must be compatible with mobile devices, social media tools that intuitively provide business, event, visitor, market, parking and road construction information and programmatic and organizational information.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide branding development services for usage of the logo and branding, drive local consumers to visit downtown restaurant, bar and retail businesses and music, art and cultural venues and attend downtown special events and festivals, promote the downtown brand, create buzz about downtown and strategic marketing plan timeline.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
