[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website design and implementation service using content management system that should be understood by web browser, audio description of images to make video accessible to people who are bling or have low vision, set dates for content to automatically publish and expire, easily visible and changeable emergency alert notification, website analytics, ability to create an online account, online registration, should be mobile responsive, integrate Twitter and Facebook feeds and other social tools, have multiple language translation.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 23, 1028.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 11, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
