Government Authority located in New York; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for website hosting and design and customer care call center services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website hosting and design services for ability to upload a PDF rental application with marketing announcements on listed properties, ability for all leased units to remain in the database and capability for searchers to view properties with available unit.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide inbound and outbound customer care call center services for a minimum of 11 hours per day, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
(3) Approximately call volume will be 1500 to 3000 incoming calls per month.
(4) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 31, 2018.
(5) A non-mandatory intent to due on June 18, 2018.
(6) All questions must be submitted no later than June 13, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
