[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide curate content related to municipal asset management planning and related best practices to for a consultant (or consulting firm) to curate existing AM resources to be uploaded on a webpage hosted by MFOA and AMOntario to be used by municipalities as references and guides. The website and resources will be organized according to the 12 sections in MFOA’s AM Self-Assessment Tool (SAT), Selected resources should include relevant MFOA tools and guides combined with those from other asset management and municipal organizations, such as AMOntario, municipalities and other associations in the form of documents, webinars, guides, templates, case studies, etc. All 5 resources are to be reviewed for their appropriateness and applicability, and brief commentaries will be written by the consultant for each resource listing. The curated collection includes content that reflects the diversity of Ontario’s municipal sector with, for example, resources that are applicable to small rural municipalities and mid-sized urban municipalities alike including
- developing a content screening criteria and process, developing content metadata and creating plan for new intake of new content
- identifying content for website and draft annotated bibliography for each item
- Making revision, if required and finalizing web page to the government authority located in Ontario.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
