(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing plan development services including community identity, brochures, website content and annual communications plan, complete market research including brand perceptions and key competitors brand positioning, develop an economic development identity that will resonate with the business community, create a brochure to cover, develop a campaign to reach local businesses and website template and hosting.
