Vendor needs to provide video streaming and agenda management system for data and video storage for all past and future meetings, intuitive video streaming management system available via any standard web browser and all necessary encoding hardware, capability to support on-demand streaming to popular mobile devices, such as iPhone, pad, blackberry and android, ability to clip segments of the video to download, embed or publish to alternate web sites, such as YouTube and video, support multiple bit rate streaming and high definition streaming players, ability to share clips on social media web sites, ability to index web casts live during meetings with agenda items, allow users to link and display agendas, ability to secure any live or archived webcast, remote access and remote support of all equipment including the media vault and encoder, ability to view live, most recent, playlist and on demand content, easily create, edit and upload any agenda item easily, easily view the workflow on any item to check workflow status and easily record roll calls, motions and votes at all meetings.
- Closed Captioning services for all future televised meetings and programs.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
