Non-profit organization located in Albania looking for expert vendor for helpdesk, marketing and website support services using CMS.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide helpdesk, marketing and website support services using content management system that must be compatible with Search Engine Optimization, social media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat.
- To assist with the design, development and implementation of media campaigns This includes paid media, social media, digital media and other agreed upon media outlets.
- Ability manage high call volumes during compressed time frames and maintain agreed upon performance standards, ability to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports of that performance, includes, call recording, the ability to leave a message and receive a call back and provide a Spanish option in addition to access to support other languages as needed.
- Call Center and Help Desk Requirements Only Provide IVR functionality, automated routing, reporting like Medicaid, Medicare and marketplace.
- Branded Marketing Communication Plan to Design, develop, execute, invoice and execute payment like Paid Digital Marketing, Earned Media Content and social media.
- Social Media Services that must be compatible with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than July 19, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
