[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communications outreach support services to Develop and Implement Plan for Outreach and Communications
- Collaborate with communications staff to develop a strategic plan for creating the messaging, design and graphics for the Measure P and Infrastructure web pages.
- Collaborate with communications staff to develop web pages that will be part of website.
- Recommend effective ways to communicate milestone and update information on infrastructure projects via media channels such as web, newsletters, social media, press releases, etc.
- Receive training to use the Content Management System for the website to update the Measure P and Infrastructure web pages
- Monitor construction and work schedules via monthly meetings or other updates to determine
opportunities for photos, video and/or events
- Develop and update web content, secure photos to post to web pages
- Make recommendations and/or develop copy for press releases, social media, printed materials,
newsletters and other outreach materials, both printed and electronic.
- Monitor social media and other communications to identify opportunities to enhance project
update information
- Provide general communications support for communications efforts that may include media and community relations, press releases, newsletter copy, calendar announcements, fact sheets and other collateral, and other activities.
(2) A Pre-Bid Conference Call will be held on July 17, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 19, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
