(1) Vendor needs to provide business media agency and placement services.
- Turn-Key Marketing and Advertising Services to create general education and public awareness
of Business 40 Mitigation Project programs and services.
- Identified services are project management plan development, brand development and messaging, graphic design and artwork, ad content development and messaging/copywriting, market research, videography and photography, social media content development, e-mail and digital marketing, media planning and buying including tv, radio, traditional, billboards, print, newspapers, magazines, development of educational materials, website content development, performance reports and analytics and campaign preparation and scheduling timelines.
- Printing including brochures, flyers, posters, rack cards, post cards, signage and ground decals.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 1, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
