- Web Graphic Design services for national and international news stories; news packages and other content as requested by news center editors, shall also prepare photos, audio, video and/or graphic files for web use, works with news center editors and writers to create and maintain special features and creating static and animated graphic elements for web and social media platforms and also provide content management system.
- Video Journalist services of multimedia news room providing 24/7 content and editorial guidance and direction for all VOA language services and English platforms and serves as a Video Journalist for a VOA News Center TV program/newscast.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
