[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website support services to provide following services.
- Quarterly software updates including bug sixes and upgrades
- Load new datasets in batches
- Prepare monthly reports
- Photo order fulfilment support
- Troubleshooting services
- Database research which may include corrections to addressee, material, classification, and topic of the photograph
- Blog writing and research services
- Presentation support to include writing, graphic design and presentation services. Fact sheets, demonstrations, letters, PowerPoint
- Monthly hosting services to include hardware, power, network, rack space and regular back-up services
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
