[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to website development, hosting, and maintenance services using content management system which allows our agency to communicate our message effectively and encourages engagement from our target audience.
• Custom design, separate from current website
• Consistent use of graphics, fonts, style sheets, and page design (visually appealing)
• Migration of 120 pages from current website
• Unique graphic buttons
• Unique URL
• Unique, intuitive global navigation
• Provide for visitor to complete tasks quickly and easily (fewest clicks)
• Shared site search
• Fully responsive
• Mobile administration capability
• Responsive design that provides for Mobile device usage
• Tools to communicate and track audience correspondence
• Analytics to monitor visitor data and search terms to better understand user needs
• Contractor is responsible for providing test environment
• Contractor is responsible for installation of site to production
• Ability to change color schemes, logos, and fonts as we may be directed by the executive branch.
• Provide a governance document to the agency in regards to style guidance
• Search engine optimization
• Social media integration
• Mobile friendly / responsive design
• News and announcements/ media center
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
