[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web design and development service able to provide visitor, market, parking and road construction information as well as programmatic and organizational information.
- Uses responsive design to deliver device‐appropriate content, incorporating a “mobile‐first” philosophy (the website will automatically resize for all screen sizes: computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.)
- Interactive and extensive dine, shop, play, explore, work, invest pages.
- Interactive and constantly updated live social media feed that links from Instagram and Facebook directly onto website in order to connect our markets and gain new followers.
- Social media platform links listed at the bottom of all pages with clean logos linking to each channel like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
