[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website development services which must include
- Online system which can access any time
- Compatible with Google Analytics
- Compatible with Browse aloud and other accessibility software though standard interfaces
- Visually appealing and eye catching, scrolling live banners and options for pop up on main page as and when required
- One search platform tab within the Local Offer website main page and additional tab to be available with search by word, place name, age bands, specific needs, district covered, post code and distance, by date, provision type-specialist, targeted, universal,
- Includes an open search button if you are not sure what service, activity or information you require-the use of tag words can be used to find frequent information requested,
- The system must deliver cookie banner requirements,
- The systems must comply with deletions,
- The systems must deliver just in time message notifications.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
