[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Scholarship Database Creation Services Using content management system for the development of a scholarship website. Awards will be made based on a scoring system considering all relevant aspects of the services proposed. While cost is an important evaluation criterion.
- website is to create mechanisms through which students can apply for scholarships and scholarship providers can review and select candidates directly through the website.
- The ability to create and edit their organizational profile
- The ability to use a form-builder to create customized scholarship applications
- The ability to receive and view file user uploads
- The ability to view and export reports related to their scholarship Site must have Google Analytics implemented for entire site Google Analytics account info can be provided.
- All baseline technologies, framework, and CMS must be approved Information Security Officer.
- Ensure high ease of use, responsiveness, and full functionality on desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile, and other relevant platforms.
- Database must be Microsoft SQL.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 1, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
