[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website manager services for coordinate campaign website with the Media Services Consultant to ensure a complete, usable product, able to manage and maintain a high-quality and user-friendly website capable of supporting diverse multimedia assets.
- Organize and manage a full-scale multimedia website with multiple subpages capable of hosting video, photography, data infographics and interactive spaces for various campaigns.
- Manage the online presence of campaigns on various electronic and social networking sites.
- Maintain an updated, visually aesthetically pleasing website, providing monthly updates, new information and current calendar events.
- Ensure the ability to migrate information to existing websites and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram etc.).
- Create delivery formats that are compatible with all current internet browsing technology.
- Plan and perform a complete testing of websites and social media platforms to ensure functionality.
- Integrate strategies to ensure effective use of resources to include setting up data collection and monitoring tools to obtain information about user base and overall web activity.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 14, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
