[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web design, management and maintenance services using content management services must be compatible with mobile devices.
- To routine information such as posting of meeting dates, agendas, minutes, departmental information, events, removing old and outdated information and general noticing,
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of web assets, access information, third party vendor service and contract information,
- Maintain the website, including the configuration, support and ongoing maintenance to ensure web services and programs function securely and efficiently,
- Create weekly backup files, test page navigation links, monitor site traffic,
- To design and create fill-able forms.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
