(1) Vendor needs to provide website support, maintenance and development services using Drupal content-management system for announcing jackpot updates, winning numbers, introducing new instant ticket games, promoting winner awareness and providing players with retailer locations, website to publicize press releases, special events, retailer promotions, beneficiary information, its procurement program and employment opportunities, visitors to the website can access information about how to play our lottery games, where to find retailer locations and district office locations, and how and where to claim a prize.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than February 8, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
