Government Authority located in Ireland, based organization looking for expert vendor for SharePoint and CRM development support services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide SharePoint and CRM development support services including the design of intranet and extranet sites, document management (workflow, scanning and indexing) and SharePoint reporting/dashboards.
- Provide SharePoint user, file, security administration services (onsite or remote);
- Providing specialist, analyst and support SharePoint skills, for incident resolution and small projects/ service requests. This will be on-site, desktop support;
- Demonstration of SharePoint features and training of IT and non-IT business users in site design and management;
- Administration of internally and externally facing SharePoint sites;
- Interact with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met;
- Apply specialist knowledge of SharePoint to contribute to policy, process and planning;
- SharePoint service application provisioning and management;
- Development and maintenance of site workflows to support business processes;
- Provide advice in relation to SharePoint administration to the NTA ICT managed services provider on items such as backup, recovery, disaster recovery; and
(2) Contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Ireland Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
