(1) Vendor needs to provide New Website Design and Implementation Services Using content management system compatible with SEO such as Facebook-twitter, mobile device and advanced browser.
- provide a concept to completion website production, from needs-assessment to information architecture, design, development, deployment, and support.
- Search functionality should include all documents housed on the website. Search should be set so that it can be followed in Google Analytics.
- The website should be built with Search Engine Optimization in mind from day one. All of the appropriate tags, images, text, and page layouts should be constructed to optimize search. The firm must also be capable of working with Pay Per Click and Affiliate Marketing when the County decides to start these activities.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
