[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website administrator service using content management system must be compatible with social media.
- Demonstrate experience administering website content in a consistent and timely manner
- Possesses the necessary qualifications to administer content for a new website at a fair and
reasonable cost
- Effectively administer the website to keep business listings and content up-to-date and
relevant to target audiences.
- Creating the brand standards for the website.
- Monitor business and event website listing requests from the public, verify accuracy of requests, and update content within one week of receiving the request.
- Creating affiliated social media content.
- Number of business and event listing requests, amount of website content produced, amount of social media content produced, along with applicable user engagement data.
- Demonstrate a practical understanding and high level of professionalism in working with government agencies, and applicants that can add additional benefits and experience in areas such as graphic design, photography, marketing and promotions.
- A history of creating effective social media posts to drive traffic to a website platform.
- Ability to effectively track and report success metrics.
- Evidence of substantial knowledge and experience in administering website content.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 7, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
