[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website hosting and security using CivicPlus content management system must be compatible with mobile applications with smartphones including PSD as a guide, build the framework using the Aurora CMS and build appropriate pages.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 1, 2017.
(3) A contract term should be for five years.
