[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign and brand strategy services using WordPress and Drupal content management system must be compatible with including mobile, tablet and desktop and social media devices.
(2) Vendor needs to provide brand strategy services for conducting research to understand how key audiences perceive, developing a positioning strategy, value proposition, creating a stronger, more spirited and cohesive visual identity that unifies the campus and builds brand equity, conduct internal and external audience research of brand awareness, strength, and position, review and assess previous brand strategy, review key competitors’ strengths, weaknesses and implications
(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 1, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be for eighteen months.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
