[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated marketing and communication services for student recruitment, campaign promotion, image building and related activities associated with short- and long-term brand awareness and recruitment goals, develop all assets that are critical to the campaign, secure digital media placements, promote and yield increased applications for enrollment and to raise awareness of the brand, search engine marketing strategy and management with measurable progress in google or Bing rankings, search engine optimization strategy and maintenance, mobile marketing advertising and applications development, contextual media, programmatic advertising, interactive and display advertising, content marketing or writing, website and microsite development, social media advertising, monitor the accurate and successful placement of ads to ensure correct placement, presentation and billing, management assistance of social media channels, which include, but are not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, ongoing graphic design support, creating designs that best represent the brand and image including digital graphics, email newsletter templates, screensaver graphics, electronic signage graphics and PowerPoint templates.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than July 25, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
