[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, advertising and public relations services for develop recommendations for a marketing and ad plan that includes strategic direction, development and execution of the media plan, draft and execute the media plan including placement and optimization of placements, strategic research based integrated marketing, media planning and buying recommendations, execute targeted public relations campaigns to generate feature articles, event listings and related publicity, create and execute special events designed for public outreach and media relations and assist in the development of the annual marketing plan.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide graphic design and creative services for develop concepts and designs to best utilize the overall advertising and marketing efforts including the media plan, maintain electronic records of all pieces produced, negotiate plan and execute creative, conception and production of ads and define the overarching marketing communications strategy.
(3) Vendor also needs to provide social media content creation services for creation of content for social media campaigns, continuing to develop Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube followers and continuing optimization of social media accounts through brand building.
(4) Vendor also needs to provide website design, development and deployment services using content management system must be compatible with mobile devices, social media and SEO.
(5) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than August 1, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
